For organisations that want to focus on talent attraction of LGBTI+ people with disability, the resources that sit under Pillar 3 includes a step-by-step guide to more inclusive recruitment processes for LGBTI+ people with disability, information about how to engage with a Disability Employment Services provider, a template that your organisation can use to create accessible job advertisements, and a job interview feedback form which your HR team can send to candidates to seek their feedback about accessibility at the job interview stage.
