1. Creating a Culture of Inclusion

Pillar 1. Our organisation has a culture of inclusion which is evident in our policies, procedures, strategic planning, and service provision.

A great starting point, the resources that sit under Pillar 1 include the Four Pillars Framework which outlines the structure of the toolkit, as well as tools to self-audit and benchmark your organisation’s progress towards an inclusive workplace. Also included are numerous resources that guide your organisation to develop a Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) and truly inclusive diversity policy in your workplace.

All templates are available in editable Word format in the Zipped file linked at the bottom.
